The Essex Trojans basketball team (Tappahannock, VA), dropped 53-39 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting King George Foxes (King George, VA)

The Foxes now possess a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Culpeper County for a Battlefield battle on Friday, December 16.

The Trojans (0-3) will now prepare for their battle against Sussex Central (Sussex, VA). The Tigers come into the non-league battle with a 2-3 record.
