The Sutton Sammies (Sutton, MA) basketball knocked off the host Uxbridge Spartans (Uxbridge, MA), 52-42 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Sammies (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Assabet Valley RVT (Marlborough, MA). The Aztecs go into the non-league test with a 0-3 record.

The Spartans now own a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Tantasqua Regional for a South Worcester County - A test on Monday, December 19. Uxbridge will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 33-32 league win over Northbridge (Whitinsville, MA). The Warriors record now stands at 1-1.
