The Trinity Chargers basketball team (Midland, TX), was overwhelmed 71-45 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Tornillo Coyotes (Tornillo, TX)

The Coyotes now possess a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Austin for a non-league battle on Friday, December 16. Tornillo will confront a Panthers team coming off a 60-33 non-league win over Crane (Crane, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 9-8.
