The Vista del Lago Eagles basketball team (Folsom, CA), was toppled 57-47 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Monterey Trail Mustangs (Elk Grove, CA)

The Mustangs now possess a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Woodcreek for a non-league battle on Friday, December 16. Monterey Trail will confront a Timberwolves team coming off a 42-37 non-league loss to Chico (Chico, CA). The Timberwolves record now stands at 1-2.
