Timpanogos Timberwolves (Orem, UT) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting American Fork Cavemen (American Fork, UT), 49-34 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Timpanogos upgrades its record to 5-3 on the season. The Timberwolves host Jordan (Sandy, UT) to clash with the Beetdiggers in a 5A Region 8 bout on Tuesday, January 3. The Beetdiggers go into the bout with a record of 4-3.

Next up, the Cavemen clash with the Skyline Grizzlies (Idaho Falls, ID) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 28. American Fork will attempt to upgrade on its 4-3 season record.
