The Liberty Eagles basketball team (Liberty, IL), dropped 34-22 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Illini West Chargers (Carthage, IL)

The Chargers now possess a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Clark County for a non-league battle on Monday, December 19. Illini West will confront a Indians team coming off a 48-31 non-league loss to Holy Trinity Catholic (Fort Madison, IA). The Indians record now stands at 1-4.

The Eagles (3-9) will now prepare for their battle against Triopia (Concord, IL). The Trojans come into the non-league battle with a 1-8 record.
