Florida High School Basketball - Okeechobee crushes Avon Park
December 15, 2022: Okeechobee, FL 34972 Okeechobee Brahmans (Okeechobee, FL) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Avon Park Red Devils (Avon Park, FL), 47-5 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Okeechobee upgrades its record to 6-1 on the season. The Brahmans travel to Vero Beach (Vero Beach, FL) to play the Indians in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 20. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Vero Beach won 26-24 in their recent non-league bout against Rockledge (Rockledge, FL)
Next up, the Red Devils play the Haines City Hornets (Haines City, FL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Avon Park will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record.
