December 15, 2023: Las Cruces, NM 88007 The Mayfield Trojans basketball team (Las Cruces, NM), was nudged 49-43 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Academy for Technology and The Classics (Santa Fe, NM)
The now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Mesa for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 16. Academy for Technology and The Classics will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 67-56 non-league win over Centennial (Las Cruces, NM). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-2.
The Trojans (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Carlsbad (Carlsbad, NM). The Cavemen enter the non-league contest with a 4-5 record. In their last contest, Carlsbad nudged Del Norte (Albuquerque, NM), 53-30, in a non-league contest.
