The Waterville-Elysian-Morristown Buccaneers basketball team scored 86 points and held the visiting Bethlehem Academy/Discovery Cardinals to 72 in the Buccaneers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Buccaneers now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bethlehem Academy for a non-league contest on Friday, December 15.
The Cardinals (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Rushford-Peterson (Rushford, MN). The Trojans enter the A Section 1 contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Rushford-Peterson was defeated by La Crescent/La Crescent Montessori & Stem (La Crescent, MN), 72-64, in a non-league contest.
