Georgia High School Basketball - Creekview knocked off by Mill Creek
December 15, 2023: Canton, GA 30115 The Mill Creek Hawks basketball team scored 72 points and held the host Creekview Grizzlies to 60 in the Hawks non-league triumph on Friday.
The Hawks now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Seneca for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 16. Mill Creek will meet a Bobcats team coming off a 59-50 non-league win over Belton-Honea Path (Honea Path, SC). The Bobcats record now stands at 9-1.
The Grizzlies (4-8) will now prepare for their contest against Furtah Prep (Acworth, GA). The Falcons enter the non-league contest with a 9-2 record. In their last contest, Furtah Prep ran past Centennial (Roswell, GA), 82-58, in a non-league contest.
