December 15, 2023: St. Louis, MO 63106 The Miller Career Academy basketball team (St. Louis, MO), was nudged 53-50 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Douglass Trojans (Oklahoma City, OK)
The Trojans now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East St. Louis for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 16. Douglass will battle a Flyers team coming off a 68-65 league win over Belleville West (Belleville, IL). The Flyers record now stands at 5-2.
The (2-5) will now prepare for their battle against Marion (Marion, IL). The Wildcats come into the non-league battle with a 6-2 record. In their last battle, Marion was nudged by Centralia (Centralia, IL), 58-28, in a league battle.
