December 15, 2023: East Windsor, CT 06088 The East Windsor Panthers (East Windsor, CT) basketball crushed the visiting Gilbert Yellowjackets (Winsted, CT), 71-37 in Friday's non-league test.
The Panthers (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Bolton (Bolton, CT). The Bulldogs go into the North Central Connecticut test with a 0-0 record.
The Yellowjackets now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Wamogo for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 19. Gilbert will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 70-51 non-league loss to Nonnewaug (Woodbury, CT). The Warriors record now stands at 0-1.
