The Henrietta Bearcats basketball team (Henrietta, TX), was overwhelmed 70-25 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Howe Bulldogs (Howe, TX)

The Bulldogs now possess a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pottsboro for a 3A Region II District 11 battle on Tuesday, December 19.

The Bearcats (2-9) will now prepare for their battle against City View (Wichita Falls, TX). The Mustangs come into the 3A Region I District 7 battle with a 7-5 record. In their last battle, City View was overwhelmed by Trinity Christian (Addison, TX), 54-46, in a non-league battle.
