New Hampshire High School Basketball - White Mountains knocked off by Hillsboro-Deering
December 15, 2023: Hillsboro, NH 03244 The Hillsboro-Deering Hillcats basketball team scored 39 points and held the visiting White Mountains Spartans to 25 in the Hillcats league triumph on Friday.
The Hillcats now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Raymond for a Division III contest on Friday, December 15. Hillsboro-Deering will meet a Rams team coming off a 68-32 league loss to Conant (Jaffrey, NH). The Rams record now stands at 1-2.
The Spartans (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Colebrook Academy (Colebrook, NH). The Mohawks enter the non-league contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Colebrook Academy ran past Newmarket (Newmarket, NH), 50-47, in a league contest.
