The Panthers now possess a 7-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bastrop for a 5A Region III District 23 battle on Thursday, December 21. Pflugerville will confront a Bears team coming off a 72-49 non-league loss to Wimberley (Wimberley, TX). The Bears record now stands at 4-11.
The Broncos (7-9) will now prepare for their battle against University (Waco, TX). The Trojans come into the 5A Region III District 22 battle with a 13-2 record. In their last battle, University was nudged by Braswell (Little Elm, TX), 67-46, in a non-league battle.
