The Nebraska Christian Eagles basketball team (Central City, NE), was toppled 65-47 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Parkview Christian Patriots (Lincoln, NE)

The Patriots now possess a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lewiston for a D2 District 1 battle on Monday, December 18. Parkview Christian will confront a Tigers team coming off a 37-29 league loss to Diller-Odell (Odell, NE). The Tigers record now stands at 2-4.

The Eagles (2-3) will now prepare for their battle against Sutton (Sutton, NE). The Mustangs come into the D1 District 3 battle with a 2-3 record. In their last battle, Sutton was toppled by St. Cecilia (Hastings, NE), 42-30, in a non-league battle.
