The Tatum Coyotes basketball team (Tatum, NM), was routed 72-46 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Newcomb Skyhawks (Newcomb, NM)

The Skyhawks now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jal for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 16. Newcomb will battle a Panthers team coming off a 53-43 non-league win over Tucumcari (Tucumcari, NM). The Panthers record now stands at 2-3.
