The Riverside Rangers (El Paso, TX) basketball crushed the host Austin Panthers (El Paso, TX), 71-13 in Friday's non-league test.

The Rangers (14-1) will now prepare for their test against Kermit (Kermit, TX). The Yellow Jackets go into the non-league test with a 9-8 record.

The Panthers now sport a 6-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Loretto for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 2. Austin will battle a Angels team coming off a 33-19 non-league loss to Mesilla Valley Christian School (Las Cruces, NM). The Angels record now stands at 3-11.
