Tennessee High School Basketball - Lipscomb Academy holds off Baylor
December 15, 2023: Chattanooga, TN 37405 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Lipscomb Academy Mustangs (Nashville, TN) and the host Baylor Red Raiders (Chattanooga, TN), saw Lipscomb Academy's basketball squad hold off Baylor by a tally of 33-30.
With the victory, Lipscomb Academy improves its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Bartram Trail (St. Johns, FL) to confront the Bears in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 28. The Bears come into the challenge with a record of 2-6.
Next up, the Red Raiders confront the Signal Mountain Eagles (Signal Mountain, TN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 16. Baylor will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record.
