December 15, 2023: Bloomfield Hills, MI 48302 The Canton Chiefs basketball team scored 43 points and held the host Bloomfield Hills Black Hawks to 39 in the Chiefs non-league triumph on Friday.
The Chiefs now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dakota for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 19. Canton will meet a Cougars team coming off a 67-38 non-league win over Dearborn (Dearborn, MI). The Cougars record now stands at 4-0.
The Black Hawks (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against University (Ferndale, MI). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, University was nudged by Old Redford Academy (Detroit, MI), 41-32, in a non-league contest.
