December 15, 2023: Greenville, MI 48838 The Cedar Springs Red Hawks basketball team scored 48 points and restricted the host Greenville Yellow Jackets to 35 in the Red Hawks non-league victory on Friday.
The Red Hawks now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Potter's House Christian for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 19. Cedar Springs will battle a Pumas team coming off a 51-33 non-league loss to NorthPointe Christian (Grand Rapids, MI). The Pumas record now stands at 0-2.
The Yellow Jackets (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Sparta (Sparta, MI). The Spartans come into the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Sparta prevailed over Thornapple Kellogg (Middleville, MI), 39-28, in a non-league contest.
