New Hampshire High School Basketball - Salem nips Dover
December 15, 2023: Salem, NH 03079 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Salem Blue Devils (Salem, NH) and the visiting Dover Green Wave (Dover, NH), saw Salem's basketball squad hold off Dover by a count of 58-52.
With the victory, Salem upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Blue Devils travel to Spaulding (Rochester, NH) to play the Red Raiders in a Division I challenge on Tuesday, December 19. The Red Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 0-2. Spaulding lost 53-25 in their recent league challenge against Goffstown (Goffstown, NH)
Next up, the Green Wave play the Merrimack Tomahawks (Merrimack, NH) in a Division I challenge, on Tuesday, December 19. Dover will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Tomahawks come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 51-48 league win over Winnacunnet (Hampton, NH).
