Georgia High School Basketball - Lithonia can't hold off Greenforest
December 15, 2023: Decatur, GA 30034 The Greenforest Eagles basketball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Lithonia Bulldogs to 0 in the Eagles non-league victory on Friday.
The Eagles now sport a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Creekside for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 28. Greenforest will battle a Seminoles team coming off a 77-33 non-league win over Oxford (Oxford, MS). The Seminoles record now stands at 4-2.
The Bulldogs (2-8) will now prepare for their contest against Cross Keys (Atlanta, GA). The Indians come into the non-league contest with a 3-6 record. In their last contest, Cross Keys edged Cottage (Roswell, GA), 33-26, in a non-league contest.
