The Organ Mountain Knights (Las Cruces, NM) basketball knocked off the visiting Highland Hornets (Albuquerque, NM), 59-49 in Friday's non-league test.

The Knights (2-2) will now prepare for their test against Farmington (Farmington, NM). The Scorpions go into the non-league test with a 5-0 record. In their last test, Farmington notched a victory over Albuquerque Academy (Albuquerque, NM), 67-33, in a non-league test.

The Hornets now own a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Albuquerque Academy for a non-league test on Saturday, December 16. Highland will encounter a Chargers squad coming off a 67-33 non-league loss to Farmington (Farmington, NM). The Chargers record now stands at 3-1.
