The Novi Wildcats basketball team scored 41 points and restricted the host Troy Colts to 24 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Friday.

The Wildcats now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Saline for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 19. Novi will battle a Hornets team coming off a 58-34 league win over Monroe (Monroe, MI). The Hornets record now stands at 3-0.

The Colts (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against Lakeview (St. Clair Shores, MI). The Huskies come into the non-league contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Lakeview prevailed over Lake Shore (St. Clair Shores, MI), 39-9, in a league contest.
