The Sanford-Fritch Eagles topped the host River Road Wildcats basketball team by a final score of 51-39 in Friday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Eagles face the Memphis Cyclones (Memphis, TX) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, January 2. Sanford-Fritch will attempt to move on its 9-7 season record.

With the defeat, River Road moves to 5-12 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Groom (Groom, TX) to face the Tigers in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 19. The Tigers enter the game with a record of 0-6. Groom lost 43-40 in their recent non-league game against Sunray (Sunray, TX)
