South Dakota High School Basketball - Wakpala knocked off by Santee
December 15, 2023: Wakpala, SD 57658 The Santee Warriors basketball team scored 64 points and held the host Wakpala Sioux to 53 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Friday.
The Warriors now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Marty Indian for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 16. Santee will meet a Braves team coming off a 69-44 non-league win over Oelrichs (Oelrichs, SD). The Braves record now stands at 3-2.
The Sioux (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Oelrichs (Oelrichs, SD). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Oelrichs was outscored by Marty Indian (Marty, SD), 69-44, in a non-league contest.
