The Verdugo Hills Dons basketball team (Tujunga, CA), was overwhelmed 62-34 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Saugus Centurions (Saugus, CA)

The Centurions now possess a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Arcadia for a non-league battle on Monday, December 18. Saugus will battle a Apaches team coming off a 51-28 league loss to Glendale (Glendale, CA). The Apaches record now stands at 2-6.

The Dons (5-6) will now prepare for their battle against Arleta (Arleta, CA). The Mustangs come into the East Valley battle with a 5-5 record.
