California High School Basketball - McClatchy can't hold off Johnson
December 15, 2023: Sacramento, CA 95818 The Johnson Warriors basketball team scored 64 points and restricted the host McClatchy Lions to 63 in the Warriors non-league victory on Friday.
The Warriors now sport a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rio Linda for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 19. Johnson will battle a Knights team coming off a 68-42 non-league loss to Johnson (Sacramento, CA). The Knights record now stands at 1-7.
The Lions (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Folsom (Folsom, CA). The Bulldogs come into the non-league contest with a 7-1 record. In their last contest, Folsom was nudged by Franklin (Elk Grove, CA), 49-37, in a non-league contest.
