California High School Basketball - Menlo-Atherton over Palo Alto

Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Menlo-Atherton Bears (Atherton, CA) and the visiting Palo Alto Vikings (Palo Alto, CA), saw Menlo-Atherton's basketball squad overcome Palo Alto by a tally of 49-37.

With the victory, Menlo-Atherton improves its record to 7-1 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Gunn (Palo Alto, CA) to confront the Titans in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 16. The Titans come into the challenge with a record of 2-1. Gunn lost 68-48 in their recent non-league challenge against Leigh (San Jose, CA)

Next up, the Vikings confront the Christopher Cougars (Gilroy, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 22. Palo Alto will attempt to improve on its 5-1 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 58-50 non-league loss to Salinas (Salinas, CA).
