In Friday's non-league match, the host Tradition Prep Pirates basketball team scored a decisive 65-43 triumph over the Morningside Academy Eagles.

In their next game, the Pirates meet the Somerset College Prep Academy Spartans (Port St. Lucie, FL) in a non-league match, on Monday, December 18. Tradition Prep will attempt to better on its 6-2 season record. The Spartans enter the match with a 2-6 record after their 69-31 non-league win over Lincoln Park Academy (Fort Pierce, FL).
