New Jersey High School Ice Hockey - Lakeland Regional holds off West Orange
December 15, 2024: Wanaque, NJ 07465 In Sunday's non-league contest, the host Lakeland Regional Lancers ice hockey team scored a close 4-3 victory over the West Orange Mountaineers.
The Lancers (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Kinnelon (Kinnelon, NJ). The Colts go into the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Kinnelon was nipped by Morristown (Morristown, NJ), 3-2, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Mountaineers play the Madison Dodgers (Madison, NJ) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, December 18. West Orange will attempt to better on its 3-2 season record. The Dodgers go into the contest with a 1-4 record after their 6-0 non-league loss to Scotch Plains-Fanwood (Scotch Plains, NJ).
