Wisconsin High School Basketball - River Falls bests Prescott
December 15, 2025: River Falls, WI 54022 The River Falls Wildcats basketball team scored 71 points and limited the visiting Prescott Cardinals to 57 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Monday.
The Wildcats now possess a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Eau Claire Memorial for a Big Rivers game on Friday, December 19. River Falls will clash with a Old Abes squad coming off a 58-48 non-league loss to Superior (Superior, WI). The Old Abes record now stands at 1-4.
The Cardinals (4-1) will now prepare for their bout against Ellsworth (Ellsworth, WI). The Panthers go into the Middle Border bout with a 1-1 record. In their last bout, Ellsworth was beaten by St. Croix Central (Hammond, WI), 65-63, in a league bout.
