The Encina Prep Bulldogs basketball team (Sacramento, CA), was toppled 68-56 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host San Juan Spartans (Citrus Heights, CA)

The Spartans now possess a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ben Holt College Prep Academy for a non-league battle on Friday, December 17. San Juan will confront a Bobcats team coming off a 68-29 league win over Don Pedro (La Grange, CA). The Bobcats record now stands at 7-5.
