Oregon High School Basketball - Junction City can't hold off Redmond
December 16, 2021: Redmond, OR 97756 The Redmond Panthers basketball team scored 46 points and restricted the visiting Junction City Tigers to 42 in the Panthers non-league victory on Thursday.
The Panthers now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Philomath for a non-league contest on Friday, December 17. Redmond will battle a Warriors team coming off a 52-50 non-league win over Cascade Christian (Medford, OR). The Warriors record now stands at 3-1.
The Tigers (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Cascade Christian (Medford, OR). The Challengers come into the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Cascade Christian was nudged by Philomath (Philomath, OR), 52-50, in a non-league contest.
