Colorado High School Basketball - Discovery Canyon crushes Coronado
December 16, 2021: Colorado Springs, CO 80904 Discovery Canyon Thunder (Colorado Springs, CO) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Coronado Cougars (Colorado Springs, CO), 51-17 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Discovery Canyon upgrades its record to 2-2 on the season. The Thunder travel to Lewis-Palmer (Monument, CO) to play the Rangers in a bout on Friday, January 7. The Rangers go into the bout with a record of 2-4.
Next up, the Cougars play the Lewis-Palmer Rangers (Monument, CO) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 5. Coronado will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Rangers go into the bout with a 2-4 record after their 41-35 non-league win over Falcon (Falcon, CO).
