Missouri High School Basketball - La Monte crushes Chilhowee
December 16, 2022: Chilhowee, MO 64733 La Monte Vikings (La Monte, MO) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Chilhowee Indians (Chilhowee, MO), 76-36 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, La Monte upgrades its record to 1-8 on the campaign. The Vikings host Kingsville (Kingsville, MO) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Monday, January 9. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 6-4.
Next up, the Indians play the Northeast Vernon County Knights (Walker, MO) in a Golden Valley Vernon challenge, on Tuesday, January 3. Chilhowee will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 1-9 record after their 52-38 non-league loss to Kingsville (Kingsville, MO).
