Tennessee High School Basketball - Father Ryan tops Northwest
December 16, 2022: Nashville, TN 37204 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Father Ryan Fightin' Irish (Nashville, TN) and the visiting Northwest Vikings (Clarksville, TN), saw Father Ryan's basketball squad knock off Northwest by a count of 50-33.
With the victory, Father Ryan upgrades its record to 6-5 on the campaign. The Fightin' Irish travel to Montgomery Bell Academy (Nashville, TN) to play the Big Red in a Division II-AA Middle challenge on Thursday, December 22. The Big Red come into the challenge with a record of 2-2. Montgomery Bell Academy won 53-34 in their recent non-league challenge against McCallie (Chattanooga, TN)
Next up, the Vikings play the Clarksville Wildcats (Clarksville, TN) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, January 4. Northwest will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record.
