In Friday's non-league outing, the Lake Highlands Wildcats (Dallas, TX) basketball squad beat the visiting Newton Rams (Covington, GA), by a count of 76-68.

The Wildcats (10-1) will now prepare for their outing against Paul VI (Chantilly, VA). The Panthers go into the non-league outing with a 6-0 record. In their last outing, Paul VI defeated Canterbury (Fort Myers, FL), 76-27, in a non-league outing.
