The Negaunee Miners basketball team scored 70 points and held the host West Iron County Wykons to 40 in the Miners non-league triumph on Friday.

The Miners now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Manistique for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 20.

The Wykons (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Kingsford (Kingsford, MI). The Flivvers enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record.
