December 16, 2022: Reserve, LA 70084 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the St. Thomas Aquinas Falcons (Hammond, LA) and the host Riverside Academy Rebels (Reserve, LA), saw St. Thomas Aquinas's basketball squad wallop Riverside Academy by a tally of 73-50.
With the victory, St. Thomas Aquinas improves its record to 5-5 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Salmen (Slidell, LA) to confront the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 20. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 7-1. Salmen lost 59-57 in their recent non-league challenge against St. Paul's (Covington, LA)
Next up, the Rebels confront the Dunham Tigers (Baton Rouge, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 20. Riverside Academy will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 44-43 non-league win over Livonia (Livonia, LA).
