Alabama High School Basketball - Shoals Christian crushes Waterloo
December 16, 2022: Florence, AL 35633 Shoals Christian Flame (Florence, AL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Waterloo Cougars (Waterloo, AL), 66-24 in a league bout.
With the win, Shoals Christian upgrades its record to 7-1 on the season. The Flame travel to West Union (Myrtle, MS) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 17. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 12-2. West Union won 75-51 in their recent league bout against Smithville (Smithville, MS)
Next up, the Cougars clash with the Shoals Christian Flame (Florence, AL) in a 1A Area 16 bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Waterloo will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record.
