The South Central Timberwolves basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the visiting Skyline Thunderbirds to 49 in the Timberwolves non-league victory on Friday.

The Timberwolves now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Minneola for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 20. South Central will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 67-64 non-league loss to Pawnee Heights (Rozel, KS). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-2.

The Thunderbirds (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Lyons (Lyons, KS). The Lions come into the non-league contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Lyons prevailed over Canton-Galva (Canton, KS), 69-61, in a non-league contest.
