Florida High School Basketball - Cardinal Gibbons crushes NSU University
December 16, 2022: Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308 Cardinal Gibbons Chiefs (Fort Lauderdale, FL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting NSU University Sharks (Fort Lauderdale, FL), 56-18 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Cardinal Gibbons upgrades its record to 7-2 on the season. The Chiefs travel to North Broward Prep (Coconut Creek, FL) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 17. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 8-2. North Broward Prep won 55-40 in their recent non-league bout against Somerset Academy - Canyons (Boynton Beach, FL)
Next up, the Sharks play the Riverview Sharks (Riverview, FL) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 29. NSU University will attempt to upgrade on its 0-9 season record.
