December 16, 2022: Houma, LA 70364 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Covenant Christian Academy Lions (Houma, LA) and the visiting New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy Bulldogs (New Orleans, LA), saw Covenant Christian Academy's basketball squad wallop New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy by a tally of 51-20.
With the victory, Covenant Christian Academy improves its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Lions host Jeanerette (Jeanerette, LA) to confront the Tigers in a 1A District 7 challenge on Monday, December 19. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 0-1.
Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Bonnabel Bruins (Kenner, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 9. New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record.
