The Hardin-Jefferson Hawks basketball team scored 84 points and held the host Little Cypress-Mauriceville Bears to 39 in the Hawks non-league triumph on Friday.

The Hawks now sport a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Coldspring-Oakhurst for a non-league contest on Monday, December 19. Hardin-Jefferson will meet a Trojans team coming off a 55-47 league loss to Tarkington (Cleveland, TX). The Trojans record now stands at 7-8.
