California High School Basketball - Morningside ripped by Laguna Beach

December 16, 2022: Inglewood, CA 90303

The Laguna Beach Breakers basketball team scored 54 points and held the host Morningside Monarchs to 26 in the Breakers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Breakers now sport a 13-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dana Hills for a non-league contest on Monday, December 19. Laguna Beach will meet a Dolphins team coming off a 37-27 non-league loss to Beckman (Irvine, CA). The Dolphins record now stands at 8-3.

The Monarchs (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against Gahr (Cerritos, CA). The Gladiators enter the non-league contest with a 7-5 record. In their last contest, Gahr triumphed over Saint Joseph (Lakewood, CA), 43-19, in a non-league contest.
