North Carolina High School Basketball - Cape Fear holds off Overhills
December 16, 2022: Fayetteville, NC 28312 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Cape Fear Colts (Fayetteville, NC) and the visiting Overhills Jaguars (Spring Lake, NC), saw Cape Fear's basketball squad hold off Overhills by a tally of 53-50.
With the victory, Cape Fear improves its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Colts host Jack Britt (Fayetteville, NC) to confront the Buccaneers in a challenge on Tuesday, January 10. The Buccaneers come into the challenge with a record of 3-3.
Next up, the Jaguars confront the Lee County Yellow Jackets (Sanford, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 19. Overhills will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record.
