The Mountain View Spartans basketball team scored 27 points and held the host Sequoia Ravens to 25 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Friday.

The Spartans now sport a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fremont for a contest on Tuesday, January 3.

The Ravens (4-1) will now prepare for their contest against Woodside (Woodside, CA). The Wildcats enter the contest with a 6-1 record.
