California High School Basketball - El Camino holds off El Dorado
December 16, 2022: Placerville, CA 95667 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the El Camino Eagles (Sacramento, CA) and the host El Dorado Cougars (Placerville, CA), saw El Camino's basketball squad hold off El Dorado by a tally of 43-41.
With the victory, El Camino improves its record to 1-8 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Elk Grove (Elk Grove, CA) to confront the Thundering Herd in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 17. The Thundering Herd come into the challenge with a record of 6-3. Elk Grove won 69-26 in their recent non-league challenge against San Juan (Citrus Heights, CA)
Next up, the Cougars confront the Antelope Titans (Antelope, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 19. El Dorado will attempt to improve on its 6-6 season record. The Titans come into the challenge with a 6-4 record after their 69-53 non-league loss to Roseville (Roseville, CA).
